First mention in PM 12 Jan 1603. Was secretary of Monterrey in 1603, 1604, 1605, 1611, 1612 ,1614. Secretary in Saltillo, 1617Some of the records he wrote contained various words in Portugese. Entered Nuevo Leon with Carvajal according to Duaine (source - del Hoyo?), but not on Raphael's list of passengers that came with Carvajal. Duaine also says he was probably born in Mexico.
