He was born circa 1610. His father was Jose de Treviño, and his mother was Leonor de Ayala Valverde.
Marriage
He married Ana del Valle, daughter of Rodrigo Flores de Valdez Carballo and Maria Isabel de Salazar y Treviño.

He married Maria de la Garza, daughter of Lazaro de la Garza Falcon and Petronila de Montemayor on 10 Oct 1673 in Monterrey. He was 63 years old. It was his third marriage.
