He married Juana Gutierrez, daughter of Domingo Gonzalez and Maria de Abrego in 1648. It was his second marriage.

Joseph Ramon. He married Juana de Morales, daughter of Juan de Morales and Isabel Gutierrez.
Diego Ramon, born 1641. He married Feliciana Camacho, daughter of Andres Camacho and Juana Botello de Morales in 1676. He married Maria de los Rios.
Maria Ramon Morales de Burgos, born 1652. She married Asencio Maldonado, son of Diego Maldonado and Francisca de Herrera. She married Juan de Salazar. She married Lazaro Gonzalez.
Notes
Because his offspring would otherwise be Morales de Morales, Joseph de Morales adopted the surname Ramon to distinguish his family from the other Morales families and he became Joseph Ramon (RL)
