Francisco Antonio Guerra Cañamar

He was born circa 1710. His father was Antonio Guerra Cañamar, and his mother was Antonia de la Garza. In 1750, he lived in Camargo. The census recorded that he was the head of a household. His household had 7 people, and they did not receive government aid to move to the colony. In 1757, he lived in Mier in household number 5. The church census recorded that he was married to Doña Ana Josefa de la Garza. He was given the tile "Don". His household included 11 people, including 9 children. He had all arms, 20 tame horses with a herd of 200 horses, 15 mules, 2 donkeys, 3 yokes of oxen, 100 cattle, and 1600 small livestock. In 1782, he lived in Mier in household number 36. The church census recorded that he was married, español, and 72 years old. His household included 8 people. He owned Porción 66, Mier.

Marriage

Pedro Regalado Guerra Cañamar, born 1739. He married Margarita Barrera, daughter of Santiago Barrera and Maria Salome Garcia on 24 Dec 1772 in Mier.

Rosa Guerra Cañamar, born 1750. She married Bartolome Treviño [Jr.], son of Bartolome Treviño and Ana Maria Garcia on 13 Feb 1776 in Mier.

Jose Tomas Guerra Cañamar, born 1757. He married Maria Rosalia Hinojosa, daughter of Manuel Hinojosa [Jr.] and Juana Sanchez on 6 Aug 1794.

Jose Antonio Guerra Cañamar, born 1758. He married Maria Luisa Chapa, daughter of Jose Florencio Chapa and Margarita de la Peña on 13 Jan 1776 in Mier.

Jose Silverio Guerra Cañamar, born 1761. He married Maria Guadalupe Barrera, daughter of Santiago Barrera and Maria Salome Garcia on 27 May 1784 in Mier. Their padrino was Jose Bernardo Peña, and their madrina was Maria Balvina Garcia. His wife died on 18 Feb 1785. She was 21 years old.
