He was born circa 1712. His father was Gov. Gen Blas de la Garza Falcon, and his mother was Beatriz de Villarreal. In 1750, he lived in Camargo. The census recorded that he was the head of a household, a captain. His household had 21 people, including 16 servants, and they did not receive government aid to move to the colony. He died in 1767. He was 55 years old.
He married Maria Catarina Gomez de Castro, daughter of Antonio Gomez de Castro and Maria Nicolasa Treviño.
He married Josefa de los Santos Coy, daughter of Nicolas de los Santos Coy and Ana Maria Guerra. It was his second marriage. She owned Porción 60, Camargo. Her mother owned Porción 59, Camargo.
Maria Gertrudis de la Garza Falcon, born 1734. She married Salvador de la Garza, son of Jose Adriano de la Garza and Maria de Elizondo.
Jose Antonio de la Garza Falcon, born 1738. He married Leonor Mendez. He owned Porción 80, Camargo.
Juan Jose de la Garza Falcon, born 1740. He married Candida Francisca Guerra, daughter of Francisco Guerra and Ana Josefa de la Garza. He owned Porción 81, Camargo.
