He was born circa 1771. His father was Alvino Gonzalez, and his mother was Ana Lucia Salinas. His father owned Porción 20, Mier. In 1782, he lived in Los Arrieros in household number 103. The church census recorded that he was a child, español, and 11 years old. His household included 7 people. He died on 9 Sep 1813 in the vicinity of the Rio Grande - probably near Las Animas.
