Her father was Nicolas de los Santos Coy, and her mother was Ana Maria Guerra. Her mother owned land in Porción 59, Camargo. In 1750, she lived in Camargo. The census recorded that she was the wife of a settler. Her household had 21 people, including 16 servants, and they did not receive government aid to move to the colony.

Marriage

She married Blas de la Garza Falcon, son of Gov. Gen Blas de la Garza Falcon and Beatriz de Villarreal. It was his second marriage. Her husband died in 1767. He was 55 years old.

She married Matias de Landa, son of Francisco de Landa. It was her second marriage.

Land Ownership

In 1767, as the daughter of a primitivo poblador, she was granted Camargo 60 by the King of Spain. There was a rancho at the site. Prociones 59 & 60 were a joint grant to the widow and daughter of Nicolas de los Santos Coy.
