In 1767, as the widow of a primitivo poblador, Rosa Maria Sanchez Zamora was granted Camargo 27 by the King of Spain. She had moved to the town of Santander. Possession was given to Jose Gutierrez.
In 1767 Jose Gutierrez was granted Camargo 27 by the King of Spain. He was a former sergeant and lieutenant of Reynosa. Porcion granted to him instead of Rosa Sanchez Zamora, who had moved away.
Joaquin Guajardo owned Camargo 27 by purchase from Jose Gutierrez. Joaquin Garcia stated in his will (1787 and 1789 revision - Camargo protocolors p. 120 and p. 173) that he owned a porcion on the San Juan River at "Las Trancas", bought from Jose Gutierrez. However, a sale deed was not found for this transaction, and Jose Gutierrez's son Tomas, later sold the porcion to Pedro Ignacio Garcia. (Purchase not validated?)
As the son of the owner, Tomas Gutierrez inherited Camargo 27 from Jose Gutierrez.
In 1801 Pedro Ygnacio Garcia purchased Camargo 27 from Tomas Gutierrez for 60 pesos.
