Sold by Maria Rosalia Garcia on behalf of her mother Maria Antonia Salinas, wife of original grantee Ignacio Quintanilla (Rosalia Garcia was adopted, or mother also had been married to a Garcia?) Camargo Protocolos, p. 400. Pedro Ignacio Garcia described as "comercio". This tract sold for 50% more than the other porciones in the area, and seems to have had more land, perhaps due to its location at the bend in the river named "El Salto"
