He purchased Camargo 24 from Fernando Cantu.
As the son of the owner, he inherited Camargo 27 from Jose Gutierrez.
Land Sales
In 1796, he sold Camargo 24 to Jose Miguel Chapa for 50 pesos. sold by Tomas Gutierrez on behalf of his father in law, Fernando Cantu.
In 1801, he sold Camargo 27 to Pedro Ygnacio Garcia for 60 pesos.
