In 1767, as an antiguo poblador, he was granted Mier 62 by the King of Spain. There was an improvement at the site in 1767.

He owned Mier 64 by purchase. Seabury has both Joaquin Garcia and Nicolas Gonzalez as purchasers of this tract.

He owned Mier 52 by purchase. He owned a porcion in Mexico in this area, probably 52 as this is the site of Paso de los Arrieros and the neighboring porciones are accounted for.

Household (Mier, 1782)

In 1782, he lived in Mier. He owned Rancho El Paso de los Arrieros but did not live there. The church census recorded that he was married, español, and 55 years old. His household included 6 people:
