Marriage
In 1691, he requested a dispensation to marry Maria Gonzalez de Quintanilla. Dispensation source: Guerra, et. al., Index to the Marriage Investigations of the Diocese of Guadalajara, p.139.
He married Maria de Ayala, daughter of Diego de Ayala and Nicolasa Garcia Davila. It was his second marriage.
Children
Matiana de la Garza Falcon. She married Santiago Rodriguez de la Barrera, son of Geronimo Rodriguez de la Barrera and Antonia de Hoyos on 9 May 1752 in Monclova.
Maria Josefa de la Garza. In 1711, she requested a dispensation to marry Agustin de la Garza, son of Francisco de la Garza and Gertrudis de Ochoa.
Dionicio de la Garza. In 1748, he requested a dispensation to marry Gabriela Becerra.
Micaela de la Garza. She married Jacinto de Villarreal.
Gertrudis de la Garza. She married Joseph de Villarreal.
Micaela Geronima de la Garza. She married Vicente Guerra Cañamar, son of Juan Guerra Cañamar and Elena Cavazos. Her husband died before 1753. He was 48 years old.
