Marriage

In 1728, he requested a dispensation to marry Maria de la Garza. It was his second marriage, and her second marriage. Dispensation source: Guerra, et. al., Index to the Marriage Investigations of the Diocese of Guadalajara, p.77.

He married Francisca de Montemayor. It was his third marriage.

Children

Miguel de la Garza. In 1719, he requested a dispensation to marry Leonarda Gonzalez Hidalgo, daughter of Juan Gonzalez Hidalgo and Maria Cantu.

Agustin de la Garza. In 1711, he requested a dispensation to marry Maria Josefa de la Garza, daughter of Teodoro de la Garza and Maria Gonzalez de Quintanilla.

Maria de la Garza. In 1707, she requested a dispensation to marry Jose Felix de Almandos, son of Juan de Almandos and Isabel de Maya y Treviño.

Josefa de la Garza. In 1707, she requested a dispensation to marry Clemente de la Garza Falcon, son of Sgt. Major Francisco de la Garza Falcon and Leonor Sepulveda Renteria. They were married on 6 Jul 1707 in Monterrey. She died on 13 May 1714 in Monterrey.

Francisco Javier de la Garza. In 1727, he requested a dispensation to marry Rosa Maria Gonzalez, daughter of Juan Gonzalez Hidalgo and Maria Cantu.

Micaela de la Garza. In 1723, she requested a dispensation to marry Joseph Gonzalez, son of Juan Gonzalez Hidalgo and Maria Cantu.

Alejo de la Garza. In 1689, he requested a dispensation to marry Teresa de Charles, daughter of Cristoval de Charles and Maria de Mendoza.

Maria de la Garza. In 1685, she requested a dispensation to marry Juan de Leon, son of Antonia de la Peña.
