He was born circa 1731. His father was Jose Perez, and his mother was Ana Maria de la Garza. In 1750, he lived in Camargo. The census recorded that he was the son of a settler, and 19 years old. His household had 11 people, and they did not receive government aid to move to the colony. He owned Porción 106, Camargo.
He married Bernarda Hinojosa, daughter of Cristostomo Hinojosa and Margarita Gonzalez. Her mother owned Porción 103, Camargo.
Ana Maria Perez. On 3 Feb 1781, she requested a dispensation to marry Jose Antonio Cisneros in Camargo. Her husband died on 31 Oct 1831 in Matamoros.
Maria Guadalupe Perez. She married Antonio de la Garza, son of Tomas de la Garza and Damiana de la Garza Falcon.
