Miguel Perez

He was born circa 1731. His father was Jose Perez, and his mother was Ana Maria de la Garza. In 1750, he lived in Camargo. The census recorded that he was the son of a settler, and 19 years old. His household had 11 people, and they did not receive government aid to move to the colony.

Marriage

He married Bernarda Hinojosa, daughter of Cristostomo Hinojosa and Margarita Gonzalez. Her mother owned land in Porción 103, Camargo.

Children

Ana Maria Perez. On 3 Feb 1781, she requested a dispensation to marry Jose Antonio Cisneros, son of Juan Jose Cisneros and Maria Antonia Guajardo in Camargo. Her husband died on 31 Oct 1831 in Matamoros.

Land Ownership

In 1768, as a primitivo poblador, he was granted Camargo 106 by the King of Spain.
