Maria Catalina Peña

She was born circa 1734. Her father was Jose Jacinto de la Peña, and her mother was Ana Maria Guajardo. Her mother owned Porción 48, Mier. In 1750, she lived in Camargo. The census recorded that she was the daughter of a settler, and 16 years old. Her household had 6 people, and they did not receive government aid to move to the colony. In 1757, she lived in Mier in household number 10. The church census recorded that she was married to Don Pedro Regalado Hinojosa. She was given the tile "Doña". Her household included 5 people, including 3 children.

Maria Gertrudis Hinojosa, born 1756. She married Francisco Ramos, son of Juan Antonio Ramos and Ana Maria Anzaldua on 6 Nov 1771 in Mier.

Maria Jacinta Hinojosa, born 1757. She married Jose Domingo Gonzalez on 12 May 1775.

Jose Simon Hinojosa, born 1766 in Mier. He married Maria Josefa Vela, daughter of Pedro Vela and Maria Gertrudis Lizarras y Cuellar on 26 Jan 1791 in Revilla. He owned Las Noriacitas grant, Jim Hogg County.

Jose Guillermo Hinojosa, baptized 21 Feb 1768 in Mier. His padrino was Jose Leonardo Chapa, and his madrina was Luisa Chapa (sister). He married Maria Manuela Peña.

Juana Hinojosa, born 1771. She married Jose Narciso Rodriguez, son of Cristobal Rodriguez and Maria Josefa Francisca Peña on 24 Nov 1791. Their padrino was Dn Francisco Peña, and their madrina was Da Maria Javiera Canales. Witnesses were Dn Pedro Saldaña and Dn Josef Gregorio Guadiana.
