In 1831, Jose Eugenio Ramirez Hinojosa purchased Revilla 14 from Bernabe Gutierrez de Lara.
In 1852, The heirs of Jose Eugenio Ramirez Hinojosa applied for confirmation Revilla 14 from the State of Texas. Tomas Ramirez applied on behalf of himself and his brothers, proving continual occupation and cultivation since 1768.
