In 1831, she sold Los Magueyes de Palo Blanco to Jose Ignacio Peña. He perfected the title his father had claimed under the Spanish government.

In 1836, she sold one-half of Las Cuevitas to Santos Barrera. Though Victoriano Gonzalez was the original grantee, his brother-in-law Santos Barrera had jointly settled the tract and immediately received half of the grant.
