Maria Cavazos (Fernandez de Castro) was the daughter of Joseph Cavazos and Jacinta de la Cerda (Fernandez de Castro).
She requested a dispensation to marry Manuel de la Garza in 1701. Dispensation source: Guerra et al., Index to the Marriage Investigations of the Diocese of Guadalajara, p.274.
