On 3 Apr 1773, she requested a dispensation to marry Jose Julian Gutierrez in Cerralvo. They were married on 32 Mar 1772 in Mier. She was 26 years old, and the groom was 32 years old, a resident of Cerralvo. It was his second marriage. The dispensation says that she was adopted and that her birth mother was Thadea Peña, therefore she was related to Julian Gutierrez by 3rd degree consanguinity. The dispensation was made after they were married, because she hadn't mentioned her birth parents. However there was some doubt whether Julian was really the son of his mother's husband.Dispensation source: link.
