In 1836 he was granted Agua Nueva de Abajo by the State of Tamaulipas.
In 1852 his heirs applied for confirmation of Agua Nueva de Abajo from the State of Texas.
He owned Camargo 86 by purchase from Francisco Chirino.
In 1831 he purchased Santa Cruz de la Concepcion from Maria Leonarda Liscano. Ramirez purchased the tract from the widow of the original grantee.
