Manuel Ramirez was born circa 1799, the son of Jose Luis Ramirez Hinojosa and Basilia Martinez.
Land
He owned La Laguna de los Venados by grant by the State of Tamaulipas.
In 1852, as the son of the original grantee, he applied for confirmation of Revilla 5 from the State of Texas. Witnesses Antonio Garza, Jose Maria Gutierrez prove occupation and cultivation since first granted.
