He was born circa 1729. His father was Miguel Martinez, and his mother was Clara de Treviño.

He married Maria Gertrudis Garcia Bagarela in 1755 in Revilla. He was 26 years old.

Children

Basilia Martinez, born 1764. She married Jose Luis Ramirez Hinojosa, son of Jose Cristobal Ramirez and Maria Matiana Hinojosa in 1782 in Revilla. She owned Revilla 5 (tract).
