She was born circa 1720. Her father was Jose Martinez Guajardo de la Garza, and her mother was Margarita Gertrudis Gutierrez de Castro. In 1750, she lived in Camargo. The census recorded that she was the wife of a settler, and española. Her household had 7 people, including one servant, and they received government aid to move to the colony.
