He was born in Cerralvo. His father was Francisco Narciso de la Garza Falcon, and his mother was Maria Chapa. In 1750, he lived in Camargo. In 1767, as a primitivo poblador, he was granted Camargo 58 by the King of Spain. There was a rancho at the site.
