He married Maria Francisca Lopez de Jaen, daughter of Francisco Lopez de Jaen and Maria Agustina Longoria. Her father owned land in Porción 12, Camargo.
In 1767, as the son of a primitivo poblador, he was granted Camargo 13 by the King of Spain.
In 1800, he sold Camargo 13 to Juan Jose de la Garza Montemayor. Sold by the heirs of the original grantee.
