In 1767, as a primitivo poblador, he was granted Camargo 53 by the King of Spain. There was an improved rancho at the site. Rafael Camarillo [8771], his mayordomo, took possession on his behalf.
In 1783, he sold Camargo 28 to Jose Miguel Chapa for 35 pesos. Camargo protocols, p.87. Porcion is at "Paso de Tio Adame" to the hill of Comales. Paso de Tio Adame seems to refer to Camargo 64 on the other side of the river. "sold for more or less half its true price" to Bartolome Garcia and Miguel Chapa.
