In 1836, as the brother-in-law of the original grantee, Jose Maria Barrera purchased one-half of Randado from Antonio Garcia. He had settled the tract at the same time. Half the tract was immediately conveyed to him.
Victoriano Garcia Izaguirre purchased 3 leagues of Randado from Antonio Garcia.
Hipolito Garcia inherited part of of Randado from Victoriano Garcia Izaguirre, his father.
Hipolito Garcia purchased the remainder of Randado.
Margarita Garcia inherited Randado from Hipolito Garcia, her father.
