Original Grantee: Joseph Clemente Gutierrez de Lara
Located one and a half miles north of the Falcon dam. Called Ramireño de Abajo till 1915. A river ford existed adjacent to the site. George says title passed to Jose Ramirez, "treasurer of the church at Revilla" in 1780 and first residence constructed there about 1781. Settlement appears to be close to the boundary between porcion 15 and 16.
In 1767, Joseph Clemente Gutierrez de Lara was granted Revilla 15 by the King of Spain.
In 1831, Jose Eugenio Ramirez Hinojosa purchased Revilla 15 from Joseph Clemente Gutierrez de Lara.
In 1852, The heirs of Jose Eugenio Ramirez Hinojosa applied for confirmation Revilla 15 from the State of Texas. Tomas Ramirez applied on behalf of himself and his brothers, proving continual occupation and cultivation since 1768.
