In 1831, Jose Eugenio Ramirez Hinojosa purchased Revilla 16.
In 1852, The heirs of Jose Eugenio Ramirez Hinojosa applied for confirmation Revilla 16. Tomas Ramirez applied on behalf of himself and his brothers, proving continual occupation and cultivation since 1768.
