He was born circa 1723. His father was Francisco Garcia, and his mother was Maria Gertrudis Guajardo. In 1750, he lived in Camargo. The census recorded that he was the son of a settler, español, and 27 years old. His household had 5 people, and they received government aid to move to the colony.
He married Rita Hinojosa, daughter of Jose Hinojosa and Rita Rodriguez in 1735. He was 12 years old, and the bride was 5 years old.
In 1767, as the son of a poblador, he was granted Camargo 25 by the King of Spain. There was an improved rancho at the site.
He sold Camargo 25 to Nicolas Garcia.
