He married Maria Teresa (Feliciana) Peña, daughter of Jose Sebastian Aparicio Peña and Maria Rosa Garcia on 24 Jan 1768 in Mier. He was 43 years old, and the bride was 20 years old. It was his second marriage. Her mother owned Mier 11 grant.
