She was born circa 1741. Her father was Tomas Guajardo, and her mother was Maria Ignacia Villarreal. In 1750, she lived in Camargo. The census recorded that she was the daughter of a settler, and 9 years old. Her household had 5 people, and they received government aid to move to the colony.
