He was born circa 1739. His father was Francisco Ignacio Farias, and his mother was Juana Maria Barrera. In 1750, he lived in Camargo. The census recorded that he was the son of a settler, español, and 11 years old. His household had 8 people, and they received government aid to move to the colony.
He married Maria Guadalupe Saldua.
Julian Farias. On 24 Dec 1784, he requested a dispensation to marry Guadalupe Rivas, daughter of Patricio Rivas and Juana Tomasa Villarreal in Camargo. They were married on 11 Feb 1785 in Camargo. He owned land in San Ramon grant, Hidalgo County, Porción 1, Camargo.
Francisco Ignacio Farias. He married Maria Francisca Ramirez, daughter of Dionicio Ramirez and Maria Francisca Reyes. He owned land in Santa Cruz grant, Starr County.
Alejandro Farias, baptized 23 Apr 1764 in Camargo. His padrino was Dn Juan Antonio de Echave. On 24 Dec 1784, he requested a dispensation to marry Andrea Rivas, daughter of Patricio Rivas and Juana Tomasa Villarreal in Camargo. They were married in Jan 1785 in Camargo. He owned land in San Jose grant, Starr County.
In 1767, as the son of a primitivo poblador, he was granted Camargo 2 by the King of Spain.
