She was born circa 1666. Her father was Francisco Perez de Escamilla, and her mother was Leonor de Ayala.
Marriage
She requested a dispensation to marry Juan de Arellano. Dispensation source: Guerra, et. al., Index to the Marriage Investigations of the Diocese of Guadalajara, p.26.
She married Juan de Treviño, son of Joseph de Treviño and Maria Ana Navarro on 22 May 1679 in Monterrey. She was 13 years old. It was her second marriage, and his second marriage.
Children
Miguel de Treviño. In 1712, he requested a dispensation to marry Josefa de la Garza.
Rafaela de Treviño. She married Rodrigo Martinez Guajardo, son of Capt. Joseph Ignacio Martinez and Maria Ines de la Garza de la Rocha.
