She married Nicolas de Vega, son of Marcos de Vega.

Children
Juana de Vega. She married Joseph Menchaca Baeza.
Pedro Flores de Valdez. He married Maria de Cepeda, daughter of Antonio de Cepeda and Isabel Garcia.
