Marriage
He married Jacinta de Menchaca.
In 1683, he requested a dispensation to marry Juana Sanchez Navarro in Saltillo . It was his second marriage. Dispensation source: Guerra, et. al., Index to the Marriage Investigations of the Diocese of Guadalajara, 9-9, p.46.
Children
Francisco Flores de Valdez. He married Juana de Dios de Arispe, daughter of Juan de Arispe and Ana de Lizarras y Cuellar.
Diego Flores de Valdez. He married Margarita de Cepeda, daughter of Antonio de Cepeda and Isabel Garcia. He married Matiana Garcia, daughter of Joseph Garcia and Isabel de Valle.
Maria Valdez. In 1721, she requested a dispensation to marry Joseph Davila.
Santiago Valdez. In 1751, he requested a dispensation to marry Maria Josefa de la Garza.
