He married Isabel de la Fuente (del Valle), daughter of Joseph de la Fuente and Luisa Flores de Valdez.

Juana Garcia Flores. In 1695, she requested a dispensation to marry Joseph Ramon in Monclova. They were married on 17 Jul 1710 in Cerralvo.
Maria Luisa Garcia Flores. She married Andres Ramon Camacho, son of Diego Ramon and Feliciana Camacho.
