On 20 Aug 1695, he requested a dispensation to marry Antonia de la Garza in Monterrey due to 3rd & 4th degree blood relation. They were married on 21 Sep 1695. He was 26 years old. Juan Martin de Ayala. In 1726, he requested a dispensation to marry Antonia de Treviño.

He died on 25 Apr 1741 in Monterrey. He was 72 years old.
