Clarification on identity: Her daughter Antonia's birth record in 1689 states her mother's name as Lucia de Salinas. On the first page of Antonia's marriage investigation she is named as Lucia de Salinas, the daughter of Lucia de Benavides. Thereafter the mother of Antonia is referred to as Lucia de Benavides, daughter of Isabel Martinez. Lucia de Benavides died before 1679, and was probably Antonia's grandmother. The reason for the inconsistency is unknown.
