Maria Inez Chapa

She was born circa 1700. Her father was Jose Nicolas Chapa, and her mother was Maria Inez Baez de Benavides. In 1750, she lived in Camargo. The census recorded that she was the wife of a settler, and española. Her household had 4 people, and they did not receive government aid to move to the colony. In 1757, she lived in Mier in household number 2. The church census recorded that she was married to Don Manuel Hinojosa. She was given the tile "Doña". Her household included 27 people, including 2 children, and 9 servants with 14 family members.

Maria Candelaria (Candida?) Hinojosa. In 1748, she requested a dispensation to marry Juan de Dios Garcia. They were married in 1748 in Cerralvo. She died before 1757. Her husband died on 17 Oct 1795. He was 73 years old.

Maria Matiana Hinojosa, born 1721. She married Cristobal Ramirez Sanchez, son of Antonio Ramirez Marquina and Juana Sanchez Navarro de las Casas in 1741. She died on 10 Sep 1805. She was 84 years old. Her husband died on 10 Aug 1778. He was 66 years old.

Marcelino Hinojosa, born 1721. He married Rosa Maria Saldua. He married Lucia Ramirez. He owned Porción 30, Mier.

Manuel [Jr.] Hinojosa, born 1731. He married Juana Sanchez. He owned Porción 5, Mier. His wife died on 18 Jan 1811. She was 67 years old.

Rosalia Hinojosa, born 1735. In 1752, she requested a dispensation to marry Ramon Guerra.
