Josefa Valdez was born circa 1685, the daughter of Pedro Flores de Valdez.
She married Francisco de Castro.
She requested a dispensation to marry Juan Galvan Alvarez de Godoy on 8 Mar 1717 in Monclova. Her husband had disappeared and was presumed dead (dispensation was denied).
