He married Luisa de la Cruz.
On 4 Dec 1725, he requested a dispensation to marry Maria Josefa de la Garza in Monterrey. It was his second marriage. Dispensation source: Guerra, et. al., Index to the Marriage Investigations of the Diocese of Guadalajara, 53-26, p.243.
He married Maria Bonifacia Solis (Balderas) on 16 Dec 1768 in Camargo. It was his third marriage. SAGA marriages book - can't find original
Children
Maria Juliana de las Casas. She married Domingo Vela.
Julian Casas, born 1738. He married Francisca Gonzalez. He owned Camargo 61 (tract).
Juan Eligio Casas, born 1746 in Salinas. He married Maria Rosalia Olivares, daughter of Jose Valentin de Olivares and Maria de Jesus Guajardo. He owned Camargo 39 (tract).
Jose Manuel Casas, born 1756. He married Maria Ignacia Vargas, daughter of Pedro de Vargas and Margarita Rendon on 20 Oct 1781 in Camargo.
Land Ownership
He purchased Camargo 39. transferred to [?] de las Casas prior to 1791 (Camargo protocolos p. 202)
In 1767, as an antiguo agregado, he was granted Camargo 29 by the King of Spain. Possession not given due to absence and failure to appoint someone to receive it for him. Was apparently eventually claimed because the 1783 sale of adjacent porcion 28 mentions him as the owner.
Land Sales
He left Camargo 39 to Juan Eligio Casas, the son of the owner. transferred to Juan Eligio Casas prior to 1803 (see Camargo protocolos p.320)
