He was born circa 1734. His father was Jose Antonio Villarreal, and his mother was Maria Catarina Hinojosa. In 1750, he lived in Camargo. The census recorded that he was the son of a settler, and 16 years old. His household had 7 people, and they received government aid to move to the colony.
He married Maria Ana Vela, daughter of Salvador Vela and Maria Agueda Longoria. Her father owned land in Porción 90, Camargo.
Manuel Villarreal. He married Maria Josefa Elizondo, daughter of Juan Antonio Elizondo and Maria Concepcion Treviño. He owned land in Porción 91, Camargo, Porción 92, Camargo.
In 1767, as an antiguo agregado, he was granted Camargo 10 by the King of Spain.
In 1782, he purchased Camargo 91 from Josefa Benavides. Sáenz Ramírez, Protocolos de Camargo, p.194, no.200.
He left Camargo 91 to Manuel Villarreal.
In 1800, he sold Camargo 10 to Antonio Abad Solis.
