Juan Francisco Saenz, born 1727. He married Maria Teresa Peña, daughter of Jose Jacinto de la Peña and Ana Maria Guajardo. He owned Mier 7 (tract).
Gregorio Saenz, born 1743. He married Maria Margarita Gonzalez, daughter of Nicolas Gonzalez and Josefa Garcia on 19 Jul 1772. He owned Mier 74 (tract).

In 1757, he lived in Mier in household number 16. The church census recorded that he was married to Doña Maria Gerarda (Gertrudis) Hinojosa. He was given the tile "Don". His household included 4 people, including 2 children. He had arms, 12 tame horses with a herd of 120 horses, 11 mules, 1 yoke of oxen, 14 cattle, and 2400 small livestock.
Land Ownership
In 1767, he was granted Mier 73 by the King of Spain. There was an improved rancho at the site.
