Recruited by Carvajal from Saltillo. In 1596, he had an estate (mine) in the site of modern-day Marin, on the Pesqueria Chica. Bought the estancia of Santa Catarina from Lucas Garcia in 1612.
Marriage
He married Andrea Rodriguez, daughter of Capt. Diego Rodriguez.
Children
Antonia Rodriguez. She married Lorenzo Suarez de Longoria, son of Lorenzo Suarez de Longoria and Ana de Salazar. She died in 1689.
