Maria de Ayala Benavides
Birth
She was born circa 1650. Her father was Juan Jose de Ayala, and her mother was Ana Maria Baez de Benavides.
Marriage
She married Geronimo Montes de Oca, son of Geronimo Montes de Oca and Agueda Nochebuena on 8 Oct 1670 in Monterrey. She was 20 years old, and the groom was 33 years old.

Children
Maria Josefa Montes de Oca. She married Juan Esteban de Ballesteros, son of Esteban Felix de Ballesteros.
Pedro Martin Montes de Oca. In 1704, he requested a dispensation to marry Maria Josefa de Aguirre.
Death
She died on 16 Oct 1735 in Saltillo. She was 85 years old.
