Jose Elias de la Garza
Birth
He was born circa 1708, and was baptized 24 Jun 1708. His father was Gov. Gen. Clemente de la Garza, and his mother was Maria Josefa de la Garza.
In 1734, he requested a dispensation to marry Maria Josefa Gonzalez Hidalgo. He was 26 years old. Dispensation source: Guerra, et. al., Index to the Marriage Investigations of the Diocese of Guadalajara, p.155.
