Part of a complex of buildings built between 1850 and 1870. In was located on land owned by the Muñoz family, through Eugenio Rodriguez' wife, Cleotilde Muñoz. Her great-grandfather was Eugenio Ramirez, founder of Ramireño de Abajo, later known as Falcon, for which Falcon reservoir was named. Her great-great-grandfather was Capt. Blas de la Garza Falcon, founder of Camargo.

Eugenio Rodriguez. He was born circa 1857. His father was Francisco Rodriguez, and his mother was Feliciana Perez.
