In 1767, as a moderno agregado, Jose Antonio de los Santos Garza was granted Camargo 64 by the King of Spain. refused possession because the tract did not have the required depth, but must have accepted it eventually because he later sold the tract.
Jose Tomas Adame owned Camargo 64 by purchase from Jose Antonio de los Santos Garza for 50 pesos. sold "in voce" to Tomas de Adame (prior to 1803), who paid 40 of the 50 pesos. See CP p.324. Purchase was incomplete
In 1807 Jose Faustino de Adame purchased Camargo 64 from Jose Antonio de los Santos Garza for 50 pesos. previous "in voce" purchase by Tomas de Adame completed by his son, Faustino Adame. CP p.396
