In 1767 Antonio Gregorio Sanchez Solis was granted Mier 69 by the King of Spain. He was one of the few landowners who was regarded as casta. He was the natural son of Lugarda Solis, who was also designated casta (his father might have been español). He married a daughter of Ramon Guerra (1592, porcion 6). Once married he was classified as español in the padrones. He lived in town and at Rancho San Lorenzo (porcion 6).
